Doing 5x10 Squats at 65% of my 90% after 3 main strength sets. It's taking all my mental power to not surrender.

volume squats beats 5x5 shit.

8-10 rep is really optimal, rather than stimulating shit with 5 reps and massive CNS tax

i do 10x10 squats and my quads are sore 4 1 week

Brutal. Im doing 5x10 which I guess is in the middle but 10x10 is cruelty. Idk why we do it.

i guess i will switch to 5x10 too because my knee joints are being raped. will do 5x10 leg press instead of the rest.
