Utilities should be free for houses and apartments not for buildings tho because for obvious reasons but if you live in a house or apartment paying rent or mortgage your water and electric should be free while everything else cost no reason this couldn’t work the elites still would be making billions off our tax dollars as a matter of fact our tax dollars could go towards that it’s a win win situation if you think about it free utilities for homeowners and renters would solve alot of issue people would be less desperate for money and they’d commit less robberies
