For betas like us, social status and respect are not viable tools for protection. When we are bullied and harassed we can't rely on friends or people respect for us to save us. When facing chad, intimidation is rarely an option, but when filthy whores try to attack us we absolutely should use intimidation against them. Females should fear a violent response when they upset us. They should not be able to use their empty social threats to push us into a corner. If we established physical control over females through intimidation we would have a chance of making them respect us, and with some work we might even get relationships out of this respect.

I wouldn't advise violence since this can cause legal problems, but using any intimidation factor you have to stop holes from walking all over you is a good idea.

That's why we need to avoid actual violence while still being assertive. It's a delicate balance. If you go too far you'll be attacked, but if you do it right you at least protect yourself.
