Having nice tech is one of my best copes

Laptop:

Dell XPS 15

It's a pretty solid machine made of carbon fiber and aluminium so it can withstand my incel rage, the screen size is pretty decent for the size of the laptop.
Decent specs too (quad core and dedicated GPU for emulators and gaming).

Phone:

Even though i don't contact many people or have active social media I use the Samsung Galaxy Note 8

It's got a stylus which I use for quick sketches and drawing as well as taking notes, decent cameras for creepshotting and the like.

For my gaming setup I've got a tower in bitfenix aroura case

Specs:
i7 6700k
GTX 1080 Palit Gamerock

16gb ddr4
750GB SSD + 1TB HDD

80-90 percent of my free time is spent alternating between these devices

shitty computer from like 2007

I need to buy a new one but I don't know shit about specs and I only like Windows 7.

I mostly buy used to save money, there's benchmarks showing not that large of a gap between recent hardware and older hardware like i7 3770 2770

i7 3770, 1155 motherboard, 16gb ram, 1060 gtx Desktop

I'm still using Windows 7 for desktop, 8.1 for laptop. I tried 10 but its slower, more disc accessing and there's privacy concerns with Microsoft uploading data to their servers with 10. If you don't mind used hardware you can buy a CPU like i5 3570 or i7 2770, 3770 and motherboard on ebay for around $150-$200 or cheaper on local buy and sell.

Currently playing on my modded psp 2000.

I want to build a computer but am waiting for prices of GPU to go down and need to get a job.

Also want to get a PS4, PS Vita, Nintendo 3DS, and Switch as well

yeah ivy bridge and sandy bridge is still decent for gaming if you can do without the features newer chipsets provide. IPC gains have pretty much plateaued for the last 4 or 5 years
