Vegan has more micros, carbs, fiber, antioxidants. Carnivores always have worse bloodwork than vegans.

Alright, I'll drop my opinion. Having done both, I find Carnivore to be better. Meat's a safe food for basically everyone and eating just meat is great at keeping inflammation down and weight proper. It is boring as fuck though, expensive and there are times I did feel a bit tired although that's partly because I couldn't eat enough because the meat I could afford got gross after a while.

Overall, for skin health a ketogenic or Carnivore diet is king, I've been on and off them for years it always improves my skin and body composition QUICKLY.

My stomach is jacked and veganism just made is worse, I was a bloated farting mess the whole time and my normally lean stomach looked bad. Had to shit 3-4 times per day etc. tried probiotics (don't work imo) etc.

I'm surprised that many people believe in Carnivore, it's really gained traction in the past year.
My bloodwork was almost identical except my LDL cholesterol was way up on Carnivore and Keto. That being said my other cholesterol markers stayed good Hdl and triglycerides. LDL alone isn't a good indicator for all cause mortality, those with the lowest cholesterol actually had higher mortality rates and dementia.

You serious? I actually think it could be done healthily if you had a legit source for meat but the taste would be gross/too chewy.

yes, because you actually digest it unlike other food. It goes in the stomach without any trouble and you feel energized instantly. Just farting should tell you that your diet is wrong (veganism/omnivore)
