I like Skyrim too but now I'm playing American Truck Simulator. In Eurotruck 2 I have visited most of the map (not 100% but been in all countries and locations except Iberia DLC) and have more than 250 drivers so pretty much unlimited money and I wanted to drive new trucks and see a different scenery.
