Rape comes from feudal society structure where private ownerships takes the firsthand, and that's why with feudal agriculture society we have ownership of land and wealth, and ofc woman , woman were considered commodity, and rape meant you are trying to grow crops on the fields of another man , because women belonged to her father in her childhood, to her husband in youth, and as a responsibility but not ownership totally to her sons when she was old. Women are never fit to be free, so i dont know in modern society what constitutes a rape , it has become confusing. Free women should not be legally allowed to claim of rape if they think they are free citizens. There are no rapes in tribal society till date
