Yeah, I can agree with that, but it's worse than that - they're not going to age the same. 20 years from now he's going to look basically the same, but she's going to be a 0/10.
I don't have the ability to analyze and articulate all the things that I see in her face, but two quick ones: her bottom lip is huge, and her chin protrudes. She is going to be a butt-ugly middle aged woman.
...and then her life will go on. 40 years old isn't even the halfway point for her, but her life will go on. What will she do when she no longer has the ability to attract men? Even the guy she's making fun of today, the guy who likes her today, even if we assume he's a wizard 40 year old himself then, even he will reject her! Even if he has some memory of having feelings for her today, it will literally be a biological impossibility for him to get an erection from her in 20 years.
What will she do then?
Her best chance for happiness - unironically - would be to marry up the guy she's making fun of. He is aware, even now, of how bleak and hopeless his situation is. If she married him, he would be grateful. GRATEFUL. Grateful in a way that none of the chads she will fuck (and she's going to fuck a lot of them) will ever be. He will work hard, for her. He'll get his life on track and be productive, for her.
They would have children and grandchildren and in that alternate reality (where she's not an evil bitch), at 40 years old she'll have a warm happy house that she's proud of and in which she feels loved. That's a future that she could choose.
...but she wont. She's going to fuck chads, and she's going to be pumped and dumped by them because they have many more women, and much more attractive women to fuck. She's going to be jaded and bitter and alone at 40. She's going to blame it all on the patriarchy and she'll vote hardcore leftist and will waste away in a crumbling society which is crumbling in part because she's a stupid whore.
And she'll be victimized by it too. She'll be assaulted, mugged, raped, abused in an old-folks home. And it will never occur to her that it's her own goddamn fault - that she could have chosen that other future where she had a man devoted to her, and children who cared for her. Nope. While she's being punched in the face by a nurse who hates her because she's white, her only thought will be, "fucking patriarchy did this"
