Why do i all of a sudden have a raging boner when im groggy and tired

What does tiredness and boner have to do with eachother, So whenever im tired or like really groggytired, I have like a RAGING BONER!

No not groggy as in angry but as in tired.

Are there any studies related to this, It seems to happen alot when im tired.

Like literally full mast when im sleepy and tired.

What is the correlation?

Is sleepy a boner activator?

No idea what that is, Im just very nauseous and groggy but whenever i am feeling sick or whatever i usually have a boner and i dont know why.
