I think you probably have limited energy, so different groups spending it in one place means less energy in other places.
Being intelligent means you don't need as much muscle anymore.
Think about how a common chimp would literally rip apart the strongest human on the planet.
Obviously this doesn't hold true much of the time in individuals in a group, as there are many high T people that are high IQ, as testosterone is important for mental health and motivation in men.

Idk there can be high T smart guys as well.
The thing is that even high iq high t guys can have high inhib, that's because their brain can often override the effects of high T because they are constantly thinking about how situations can go wrong.
A low iq high t guy will probably just act on instinct on the other hand.
