They only love what benefits them, whereas men have a larger capacity for love and empathy hence why we are the more romantic gender and also why men get more rejected on average than women. For men to have a burning passion inside them that makes them capable of feeling such unconditional love also translates to the passion men have had to build civilization as we know it. Since foids are too retarded to create a functional society they simply lack the passion within their cold heart to feel love. With passion comes creativity and progress, which is the essence of masculinity. Unfortunately in this gynocentric world we live in women are put on a high pedestal, much more than they deserve.
