Speaking as a Brazilian but I think it happens in the US and elsewhere. The socialist scum party has kept itself afloat and dominating the poor parts of the country by giving them benefits(free money). Surprise, the result is not a better workforce, it is subhuman scum having more children because they think they can afford it. I don't think we have retard bucks, though. I know many incels benefit from it, but sadly I have to stand against it. It's just not sustainable.
