just wanted to check after a week of
Digital Detox ( cope )
i guess i will make a Thread every week just to show that im still alive .
Shout out to @carticel for his Thread
Was pretty hard to stay away from media consumption tbh
When this constant source of instant gratification was
gone , i really started to notice just how fucked up my attention span , my memory and my frustration tolerance have become cause of constant copeing with Internet over many years .
Also i feel suicidal way more often ,
cause my best cope is gone and the Nihilism becomes
much stronger once you cant easily block it out anymore .
One other thing is that i started dreaming again in the last days , lol i literally didnt dream for months and now i had dreams the last three nights .
Weird .
But whatever , im still genetic trash
and my brain is still highly demented .
I will either regenerate my brain or kill myself when i keep going with this .
Sad to see @needsolution and @KingOfRome
gone .
At least based Napoleon is still here ,
rambling about lolis and culture all day .
