Well Japcels developing their own stuff is actually good.

I guess Japcels are testing their own designs probably based on and taking into account restrictions of their local industry whilst Currys copy and paste tried and tested designs.

But I dunno though. One thing is certain though Japcels could just pay billions for design blueprints and simply build a standardcel rocket, so I guess they designing their own stuff
