Just curious if I'm the only one whos father did not teach them many real world skills. The most my dad taught me was when I helped him do car repairs like changing a tire, the oil, sparkplugs etc. over the years. There was some small stuff here and there like this battery works like this etc. or this type of cheese is from etc. but it felt like none of it would help me in the real world. Did your dad teach you any real skills that would help you in life? I feel like I'm completely fucked at 22 and don't know anything. It's like I'll be sleeping on a park bench soon but "hey at least I somewhat know how to change a tire!"
