Harvey Weinstein got fucked over though. I dont feel bad for him, but it set a really bad precedent. The dude didn't even rape anyone. It wasnt even sexual assualt, it was prostitution. He had consentual sex with aspiring actresses (aka prostitutes) who willingly paid him with sexual favors in exchange for movie roles.

Yet they charged him with rape. These whores didn't even get charged with illegal prostitution. And the fucked up thing is all kinds of whores who's careers really took off after their prostituion (eg. Emma Watson, Jennifer Lawrence) kept pretty damned silent to this day because it paid off so well.
