Typically (at least what I remember from high school) they will take it overly serious, like there is something seriously wrong with you. (As if they have never seen loneliness before). They will feign compassion but before you know it they contact counselors or healthcare, will try to get you a diagnosis, and ideally they get you into psychiatric care for autism. Maybe a bit extreme but these things can happen
