I fucked up, I worked out a little bit but barely enough to count... have been eating healthy so far, but relapsed on social media (this site) very fast.

Take it step by step, don't do it all at once. For example continue gymmaxxing but don't let go of social media immediately,only after when you're used to gymmaxxing everyday
