How to deal with infestation of Bugs ?

Imagine if somebody introduce cockroaches and bugs into u home . Would u spend time trying to track the culprit down or deal with the bugs ?
But what if the infestation is beyond u means to control it ?
The only alternative is to spend a fortune to get rid of them or move ? Tragically we will have some residents who will run around with bug spray and refuse to accept reality . These will wake up one day with cockroaches in their mouth and drained of blood from a thousand bites.
