But she discriminated against me from day one, due to the fact that I'm a subhuman. She had actively sabotaged me at every turn. I never did anything to deserve such treatment.

Well, today I had the opportunity to destroy her, and I took full advantage of it. I did not frame her or do anything unethical, I didn't need to. She simply made a huge blunder. It was inevitable, as foids are naturally incompetent. The feeling that I got when I recognized her mistake was indescribable, and I must admit that I couldn't hide my smile. Unfortunately, I couldn't spend all day savoring the moment. I had to strike while the iron was hot.

I reported that foid, and watched her get called into the manager's office. Not long after, as predicted, she left in tears. I waved her goodbye, unable to hide the smug, self-satisfied grin on my face. I sat back and couldn't help but admire my work. Revenge is sweet.

The trick is to not give any direct criticism, that's sexist unless there's an critical issue. But you can imply issues without directly stating them. Ie. "she's worked on it for a quite a while and still not done. But she's been doing what she can, at her own pace."
