Call them cog because you were just a biological spare part in a system where favoritism running rampant also human is the most lookist species on earth so every single institution will not reward your hardwork but it will give you more if only you have bigger connection than everyone which is impossible because you have no looks to compensate it. Moreover you can be replaced with the better cog out there who are better than you in every aspect.
