I stopped brushing months ago. I only brush like once or twice a week. Before I go to sleep I sometimes wipe my teeth off with a cloth. I think it's actually better because the fluoride in the toothpaste is not really healthy. My teeth are still white and I don't eat candy except for chocolate, so I don't think sugar can affect my teeth much. I don't think this is any less hygenic tbh.
