Are you dopamine receptor-maxxed?
If not try cutting out the overly dopaminergic stimuli in your life for a bit and see how you feel. Ex: fapping, porn, social media, youtube.

Your brain will then upregulate your dopa receptors so that ordinary activities are more exciting.

Just my own personal experience of 9 days on nofap so far:
music sounds better
easier to start studying and can study for longer
more cracked aim in apex

If you agree with my hypothesis that too much dopamine causes downregulation of dopamine receptors which leads to boredom and less enjoyment of daily activities, and that cooming causes a very strong surge of dopamine, then wouldn't you also agree that abstaining from cooming will cause upregulation of dopamine receptors / dopamine sensitivity so that ordinary activities feel more rewarding than before?

Worth a shot anyways, everyone's experience can be different.
