For anxiety/depression or whatever and let me tell you they have done very little for me, I would say when changing from one med to the other there is 1-2 weeks where I feel "great" but that is it, still have sui thoughts on and off them, still hopeless, only the anxiety got better ( not approach anxiety but general).
I feel that my problem is BDD but don't tell my doctors or people around me or they will think I'm crazy.
Also only been to therapy twice, it is great for some people but I have a lot of time to think and am very honest to myself, I know my problems, what I can do to solve them, what caused them, what I want from the future etc
