The point of nofap is not to ldar, it's doing something productive, replacing the session.
Wanking off takes time from the table, which could've been used to do something productive such as studying, lifting, etc.

How the hell does fapping take time from doing something productive? When i fap i only need 10 minutes. Even if you fap 3 times a day you have only wasted 30 min of a whole 24h day. How is that in any way influencing your productivity? I don't get it.
