Not only am I more likely to get cancer, but nobody would even care if I got it and died. Incels like me lose at life on every level

Vaguely and generally, stress promotes harmful mutations in body cells, leading to increased risk for cancer.
 
Also we will die 20 years early from loneliness. There is no reversing the damage.
