I bought 3 lotteries tickets.

Every time I buy a lottery ticket I think of that passage in ER manifesto where he was pleading with the world to let him win a lottery so that he won't have to go ER.

This is proof that God wanted those people dead. If God let ER win the lottery tickets he wouldn't have gone ER and those people wouldn't have died. This means God wanted this to happen if he exists. Which he doesn't, but anyway.
