also somethings to consider
1. These are shitty Chinese companies in lower tier cities which are not 1st world tier like Shanghai which is a tier1 city and villages
2. Pay might be good if you are Eastern Euro, shitty if West Euro due to low pay in terms of 1st World Standards
3. Most importantly, Chinese government is cracking down on this more recently
