I happened to join one on discord around a week ago and it is filled with sex havers and even FUCKING MARRIED MEN who try to constantly talk down to you and lecture you about how supposedly miserable THEIR life is WHEN THEY LITERALLY HAVE A SIGNIFICANT OTHER THEY CAN FUCK INSTEAD OF WATCHING PORN. Whats worse is that I tried to talk to them about it and they literally banned me from the server JFL :feelskek:

This started ages ago. Back when I fell for the nofap meme (early reddit days), they were making threads asking if married people could do it too. Foids like it because it makes the man dependent and controllable. Yeah, this is why i stopped to follow nofap reddit and shit like that, really they just do not understand the struggle of having no other option in life than masturbation and porn, they make post telling you how to have success in nofap & no porn, but thoses guy have a WIFE or a GF.

What make me sick the most are people who do nofap and say that after a few weeks/months they got a GF, really nigger ? The guy who can have sex while doing nofap should not be considered as exemple, they are doing the easy mode lol

It's true that doing nofap increase your social skills and more, saying it do not would be a lie, and i try to never lie, even on the internet, but im really not sur if it can solve the sub5 problem, i still try to nofap because everytime i had a good amounts of weeks of nofap i felt really good in my life, the addiction was just too much hard the last years and i failed enough to get back to square one.

It is just sad to be an addict of porn, i wish i never discovered it as a kid, it's just unfair man, i asked for nothing but still got that shit in my life, but the more i get older, the more i feel like it's just me that do not want to change, because it's more easy to jerk off to porn than living a life of full celibacy.

Yeah, that's one of the very few reasons when nofap can make sense ... if you fap so much you don't have interest in sex with your partner any more, you should stop.

I have not made this experience at all. I did not fap for a few weeks at some point (not related to nofap or anything, just didn't feel like it) and it did not change my social skills at all, I also would not know how that would be possible?

A few weeks is not enough, back in the days when I did my first long nofap, my social skill got better after 1 month but it varies for people, for some it will be more than that.

Now if I stop for one week my social skill get better, not perfect but better, and being arround of people is of course important otherwise you can't use you social skills.

I was just lucky enough to be around people when I tried nofap for the first time, almost had a GF too if you can believe me, but once I started to porn and masturbate again, it was like I've been touched by the autism curse, I swear I have became a fucking vegetables, all my social skill were gone, the girl I was trying to date changed totally, she was really pissed off be me being in the same place as her, I could say nothing good, I was just a puppy following her, while one week before I could talk until I could not breath...

So yeah I think it's real, but it may take longer for other, for me now it's about one or two week for my social skill to get good l, but not as sharp as the first time I did the 3 month.
