My tooth enamel has eroded quite a lot around the edges.

I'm using a toothpaste that so say rebuilds tooth enamel, but it seems too good to be true.

I don't even drink alcohol. This is outrageous.

Edit:- Ever since the discovery, I pour the right amount of orange.

Just drink water after eating theory tbh ngl

No orange squash for your face

Brush your teeth daily.

I dont think that is possible, drink citrus drinks only when eating, rinse your mouth with regular water afterwards so ph value goes back to normal before brushing.

I always do this, I drink juice while eating but I still drink some water and rinse afterwards, especially if I eat something sweet like chocolate or a dessert

I don't even understand how people get cavities, I've sometimes went 3 days without brushing (when I wasn't working) and ate sweet stuff all the time, all you have to do is wash your mouth (hard of course, really swish it around) and you'll never get a cavity

I had to use that stuff as a kid, apparently it works.
