This is something I talked about in the OP.
Men care about rape because they want to protect their wives and daughters.
But in a society where most young men have no reasonable ability to obtain those things opposing rape would mean opposing their own self interest. Many actually still do which is an example of altruism and self sacrifice present in many men. Women are not fucking like that by and large. They have a very strong in group preference and look out for their own interests even at the expense of men. Which is why men, knowing that, should at least selectively be self interested so that men don’t become downtrodden tax payer serfs with no meaningful prospects supporting people that hate us like we are today.
Also when women demonstrate collectively how little they care about men’s well being and once men grasp how women hate the bottom rungs of the male population it’s only natural that those men would grow to resent at least many women and thus lose sympathy for their plights. Its how human beings operate when you get down to it.
A lot of men don’t wind up there even when they normally would because there is a massive top down programming propaganda gaslighting engine in place within the west that actively lies to men (and women for that matter) about the way things are and that fucks with peoples heads.
