Its now 9pm and her car is still out. She works a regular 8-5 job in the daytime. Then her second job is after that until about 11-12pm at a restaurant. At 12:30 at night I checked last night and her car was back. She works Monday-Saturday like that. Then she takes Sunday off and sleeps the whole day.

For the capitalists what the formula they use is add up your revenues, add up your non-wage expenses. Then you get your net income before wages. Then multiply that number by 50%. You take half, and the other half you divide among your workers.

So say you have 100 wagies and you made $10 million net income before wages. Then each wagie averages $50,000.. and you get $5 million.

How do they motivate the wagies. Well bottom wagies might make $30,000 a year, and top wagies $100,000.

When there is a downturn in the economy, some wagies can be laid off. Like if 10% downturn, then 10% of wagies could be let go. Then rehired if things pick up.
