If a virgin woman gets raped, is it a worse offense than if the woman was not a virgin?

Because if you say it is a worse offense, then it means that virginity does matter.
Also, the fact that you thought raping a virgin is worse offense than raping a non-viring means you think raping a non-virgin is better than raping a virgin.
In other words, you are a rape defender!
