As somebody that makes a living that involves no human judgement what-so-ever, while being an economic antiquarian, I can't cosign affirmative action issue. It was an inevitable consequence of technological progress, with the other factors you mentioned being more or less dependent on the first. The jobs came first, then the HR departments, for example.

I consider feminism to be a 'side' effect of the above. The timing certainly suggests it.

The last part is a big issue, but it's a different issue than the root incel. I do not think it is out-of-reach however. I'm a fairly wealthy man, and I have had cosmetic surgery to fix some of my issues, none of it was particularly expensive, but required prioritization.

When I made the decision almost a decade ago, it was "new car or cosmetic surgery?" I got the surgery after making a mistake earlier where I prioritized the trappings-of-wealth over 'looks' because I was ignorant of the impact.

I am not surprised most here can't get a decent job judging by their attitudes. I wouldn't want to work with them. Coming from a military background where you have to get along in tight-spaces, I have no sympathy for them. I like to think I had some impact, and several friends of mine have gotten vasectomies after I expressed my satisfaction with it, and have even used the same plastic surgeon I did on other things. I'm an individualist, so I judge people independently. I know reliable, intelligent women exist, and are not as rare as many here seem to think, so I can't go along with that one either. Many women are proud of NOT asking for any sort of special treatment, even to the point of sometimes being wreckless about it. As someone who once had to make politically incorrect personnel decisions, I saw the good and bad side of that one(asking for dangerous assignments to prove their 'manhood' as it were, etc).

Not all women wanted that homemaker life, and there are some heartbreaking autobiographies about it. There is no need to social engineer people into either path and pretending automation isn't real won't help anybody.
Conversely, not all MEN wanted to be some woman's economic provider, so it was a two-way trap in some cases.
