I was born non-NT shy and outcasted by default but all of those traits of me skyrocketed the moment I started becoming the main target of normies to make fun of.
I am still being told to not worry by my own parents whenever I am about to do something simple. They know that I am anxious and even told me I quit my driving lessons because of anxiety.
I think they may suspect that I am autistic and different from others but when I've tried to open up to my mother she told me that I was fine and that there was nothing wrong with me mentally.
Today when I was getting a haircut the barber told me to not worry because I was trembling and sweating subconsciously ( trait of non-NTs) honestly I can't fucking get rid of this and normies notice this and wonder whether you're insane or a retard.
