There's a lot of guys here that don't work, but once they start working, and I wouldn't be surprise if they get a little radicalized from it (unless if they have rich parents and some properties).

The boss stealing and siphoning your hardwork. The rich getting richer and the poor getting more poorer, and so on.

Of course there will still be work, which you already realize, but yes at least basic necessities (healthcare, education, welfare, etc) will be met (since a lot of things are nationalized and state-owned on top of there being worker coops), and bigger social safety will also be given. Also, better working hours and pay of course.
