Writing. Easy way to vent and escape reality, to share your views and feels. Also, as a result, you could produce something fun and entertaining for people to enjoy. Of course, practice needed.
Card games. Too bad I have no friends now to play them.
Jogging. Your minimal physical activity. Now, while I am a NEET, I try to jogg for 5 km per day.
Cartoons (not only anime, but western cartoons). Toons really helped me to fight depression and suicidal thoughts about 5 years ago. Now they don't help any more, but it was fun ride.
