Former alcohol drinker, weed smoker, cigarette smoker and was addicted to them all but now quit.
The first week is hell on earth without a drink or smoke, you start drinking gallons of coffee, eating huge plates of food, you are frustrated, any small thing can get you in a rage, you want to fight, think of suicide.
The 2nd week is hell in a different way, you so weak and just lay in bed, no energy for nothing but at the same time you wishing for one blow on the weed or cigarette, just on sip on the bottle, the thoughts of suicide are hightened and you feel like a pathetic loser literally .
The 3 rd week gets much easier you wake and dont even think about a smoke or drink like in the past you would wake up and have a smoke first thing and maybe a beer for breakfast, now you rather go for a walk.
4th week the feelings to drink or smoke come for 5 minutes then go again and it stays that way till week 8 then you dont remember the drink and smokes.
