I think the single most important factor to be considered a real man is actually race. When you take race into consideration, most stereotypes are generally true, some races are just objectively more masculine than others. While individual factors (mainly whether or not you are a fag) come into play, on a purely genetic level I think race will be the single most important factor to determine how masculine you are, if you were to take a group of men and have them stand in a line with no self-expression.
