Why do they add this cringy fanservice to animes?

Seriously, the story and the characters in the animes are usually much better than in western movies. At least i sometimes find characters in anime relatable, while movie characters are always absolutely nonrelatable NT normies.

But what is ruining anime experience for me is this cringey fanservice that they usually add there that doesnt give anything to the story.

I started watching Code:Breaker recently, and the story seems quite interesting actually, but the amount of fanservice and cringe because of it makes it unbearable to watch, and ruins the whole experience. I just cant continue watching it even though the story itself got me interested, because i this anime gives too much cringe to watch it.

Can anyone recommend me any animes without fanservice? Something like Ajin, Death Note, Terror in resoinance, or Attack of Titan. Tokyo ghoul doesnt have fanservice btw, but its still a bit cringey.


I wont even ask to recommend any good western movies because the characters in western movies are always completely unrelatable.

I really liked the main characters in Death Note and Attack of Titan, because they were based, and killed some normiescum. Can you recommend me animes with similar main characters?

Anime characters often have motivation that is understandable for me, and this makes them relatable. Western movie characters NEVER have understandable motivation for me, so i cant relate to them.

Western society is so selfish that all the characters in western movies are egoistic pigs who wither only think about themselves, or only think about following some idiotic morals.

Because of this, western movies never have actually grey moral. The moral in western movies is either white or black. Either there is a hero and a villain, or everyone is just an asshole and only think about himself.

Animes on other hand often have actually grey moral, where the actions of both sides are understandable, and the viewer can choose wich side to side up for.

Wanting to defeat evil is a good motivation in my opinion.

The problem is that in western movies evil is always the ones who dont support the system, while in some animes, the main character can be the biggest enemy of the system. For example in animes like Death Note, and Attack on Titan, the main character wanted to totally reshape the world, build a better society. For this purpose, the attack on titan characyer was ready to genocide 99% of humanity.

If it would be a western movie, he would be portrayed as absolute evil, but in this anime, he is a main character.

Even if animes arent perfect, they are still better than western movies, because at least sometimes the characters are relatable for me, while in western movies they are never relatable.

Idk, maybe you know some western movie, where main character is actually based and his motivation is understandable for aspies like me? At least i dont know such a movie.

There are tons of anime/manga that have zero fanservice or foids (like kaiji or vagabond).

Widen your horizons and actually know about the medium you’re talking about.
