Basically, I was calling someone out for falsely saying "colvin said he was self-diagnosed" and other bullshit lies.

Then when I explained the story of my diagnosises by MULTIPLE PROFESSIONALS AND SPECIALISTS since age 3-4, they realized it was real and started mocking me for it.

What were they saying to mock you though? It seems quite hard to mock someone purely for being diagnosed without coming across as a dick.
