Highly doubt that, there's more boys born than girls in just about every country because that's how human biology simply works, and then it eventually turns into female surplus as more men than women die young.

I talked a little about this regarding Slavic countries, since the "female surplus" there is way too commonly believed to be because of more young women than men somehow being born.

Among the younger generations there's more men with it eventually turning into female majority among the older generations due to men dying earlier, the same way it happens in other countries.
