They look always the same. Like the visible green veins in my wrists, they always look the same. But my most visible veins of my whole body are in my face! They are very visible. I have never seen any other person having these visible veins like I have.

I live in Finland. There's no treatment for them. Laser may help a little but has risks and is very expensive. And you need to pay it yourself fully, even paying full 24 % value added tax, because it is cosmetic treatment. Cosmetic medical treatment did not use to have VAT, but it changed here recently.
