I cant do that shit. I did 100 sit ups yesterday and now my back hurtsthat kind of easy , the real workout is the Murph , after a dead Navy Seal lieutenant
1 mile run, then 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, 300 squats, 1 mile run
if you finish should take about 40/45 minutes
the running done in 20 minutes, then 20 sets of 5/10/15 should be good.
