Euthanasia wasn't a treatment for the physically ugly. It was a matter of not having a genetically defective underclass taking up much needed hospital beds during wartime.

Not necessarily. Sometimes you're fucked by genetic recombination, other times your mother smokes while she has you in the womb, not necessarily altering you on the genetic level but fucking you up once you're outside the womb. Other times, you're born ugly but very intelligent. Rules allow for exceptions, and it's by no means as absolute as you're making it out to be.
Again, it'd depend on what you mean by "autism". For example, it's been shown that people that many autists have a higher percentage of Neanderthal blood than the general population. It could be that some people that have been labeled with autism only deviate from other people to the extent that they have disproportionate neanderthal admixture. Does that mean they're somehow necessarily "defective" akin to being a mutant? Certainly in today's society that's a problem, as there's an active push on part of the Jewish establishment to weed out neanderthal genes through racemixing and by orienting the sexual landscape in such a way that selects against these genes. I'm willing to bet that most people with so called autism posting on this forum wouldn't have been labeled in any way deficient 80 years ago. It's only a problem now because we put a huge emphasis on social interplay and female autonomy.
