That was a mental breakdown during a general education test, I think to myself "am I stuck in this endless loop of studying? what am I even doing without earning money? and what is the point of studying Japanese anyways?" that was the moment when I realized I have to study as little as possible and just stop at graduate school."

school/college = neverending studying even in weekends (+cram school)
work = @ the very least you are allowed to relax while you go home and weekends

I dropped out after my first semester. It just felt pointless. I have always wanted to polymathmaxx so I am considering self-teaching once I get my finances in order. Just need to wageslave for one more year...

This isn't advice and you should do what you think is right for you.

However if you like languages. Maybe try becoming a translator and moving to Japan. I've been researching a lot about JBW and you probably have higher chances there (even if it's just a +0.01% increase).
