Why has nobody gone ER on Burning Man festival?

I watched so many vids about this festival in Nevada,i assume everyone here knows about it and just how degenerate it is so i wont be explaining whats it about; and every time i wondered why the hell nobody's gone ER at it ,when it literally seems like the perfect place for that,since there is thousands of tents,RVs and people,especially when it becomes night time and one can be practically invisible ,and then people form large crowds during the night in areas with basically no cover
Seems like complete nobrainer.Americancels explain yourselves
