It’s okay to be quiet at work, in fact it is advantageous.

Normgroids hide their fear by talking, normies have to fit in - if you don’t fit in they will talk about you.

Everyone likes to make “small talk” while at work - that is useless for ugly males.

Talking to customers is different, of course you should talk to customers. Although, coworkers are most likely against you - after all you are an incel.
