LDAR Anyone really self neglectful?

i shower everyday but tbh that's about as far as taking care of myself goes, i don't brush my teeth (which is probably bad considering i'm british lol), my diet is really bad, its like 99% candy and fast food, another thing to is my sleep, i'll either sleep 4 hours at a time or i'll sleep 15 hours depending on the day, i also drink shit loads of caffeine and browse the internet/play games all day when i'm not working

I shower once a week (I plan on changing that), have a rather poor diet and drink energy drinks quite often. My sleep schedule is also unorganised but I’m unemployed atm so it’s not a huge problem, the only problem I have is buying food and other supplies I might need since most shops close in the evening, so I have to get up early if I want something.
