This is a little bit of a weird one considering the nature of our lonely lives but I break into a smile and/or laughter so easily. I brought this to your attention months ago, but unfortunately for me, I still haven't been able to improve myself in this regard. I need to stop my facial muscles from moving involuntarily. If somebody in real life says "hi" to me, I will immediately smile and say "hi" back. I cannot control this. I don't want to have such a big grin on my face, but it happens before I can stop myself. Or somebody will call me ugly in real life or just insult me and I will burst into laughter. If somebody starts complimenting me, I start to laugh as well. You may be thinking "what does this have to do with inceldom?" Well, think of this way; I look uglier than I usually do when I smile and/or laugh. I'm already really ugly when my face is neutral but it gets worse the moment I crack a smile or laugh. I don't think mind tricks will work because thinking about how shitty my life is would just make me laugh because that's just how bad this habit of mine is. But I am open to suggestions. Please help me.

Imo what works is a neutral but pained expression that shows others you have been fucked with before so they don't feel the need to put you in your supposed place.
